I have used Stokes for my dog’s eye meds for a year. Aside from waiting on hold for a live person, my customer care experience has always been great. The reps are kind and efficient. Today I had to reorder Charlotte’s eye drops and had a question about them. Kim was explanatory and very helpful and patient while I looked up info in my home. I would recommend this pharmacy.

So far, very good. I am quite surprised at the negative reviews I just read. After the compounding pharmacy in the Burlington, VT area had to close, Stokes was the referral I received from the dog's eye doctor. After about 5 months of using Stokes, I am delighted to report that my experience has been A+. They have been thorough, patient, and more than accommodating for the particulars of my situation. One time the pharmacist even came on the line to explain about the difference in the consistency of what they send and what the other pharmacy sent. (ointment vs gel- I find it much better having the ointment that Stokes sends). For my peace of mind and my dog's needs, I  certainly am hopeful that they continue to be as stellar as they have been so far.

We used to love this pharmacy. However in the past year their services got really bad. Number one it takes forever to get their "live specialist" on the phone, you usually remain on hold for 20-30 minutes. We owe 6 animal hospital so the time is unacceptable for us. Past two orders they Said they would deliver at certain day, but the first order never arrived and the second order arrived 4 days later. Our clients are waiting for these medications and looks very bad for us trying to excuse Stokes mistakes plus the pets need the medications. Few drugs we got from them were not working the same- one badge of Apomorhphine for example did not work and all and they had to send us new one. The powdered medication arrives usually with powder all over the box spilled. So we will be looking into different pharmacy. So sad, have used them for years.

Stokes Pharmacy has been compounding a medication for my cat's eyes. I called them for the initial prescription, and received it 2 days later... terrific, since my pet was in urgent need of the meds. I later called to refill the prescription. From my home phone number, they knew who I was, confirmed the medication and had my credit card number on file. Took less than 1 minute from start to finish, and once again, I received the meds in 2 days.  The people on the phone are courteous, accurate and quick, and I've received the meds without a hitch. I'm a happy customer.

I have used Stokes for my cat's transdermal methimazole for a year and a half with no problems.     When shipped, I got it next day.       In extreme temps I pick it up because being a gel, it could be affected by extreme heat or cold.     UPS here is unreliable  and any pkg could sit on a truck or in a warehouse too long when they louse up delivery times.      I'm happy with Stokes customer service and I've never had a long wait on the phone.
