Stokley Properties take good professional care of my rental property.  They take care of any maintenance issues and provide quick estimates of the work to be done.  On approval the work is done in a timely manner.
Financial statements are provided on a regular basis with full end of year documentation for tax purposes.

Stokley got me the ideal tenant, managed my rental properly, and helped out tremendously when i had some flooding issues in early 2017 when we had so much rain.  Although I have not had much experience with other residential property managers, I cannot believe anyone could do a better job than Stokley in the east bay!

I couldn't be happier with the services provided by STOKLEY PROPERTIES. Even before I had decided on listing my property, Joe went over the residence with me and pointed out all the little things I could do to get good tenants and a fair price. This saved me so much money upfront, and produced incredible tenants, who are now in their second year with us. The professionalism and efficiency of this company are truly refreshing in the current climate of rip-offs and questionable deal-makers. I whole-heartedly endorse STOKLEY PROPERTIES as THE premiere property management service in this area.
