Stone Circle has been doing my taxes for 10+ years. They are a small, family owned business. I always get wonderful, attentive service. Prices are comparable to other national tax preparers but I feel confident with Stone Circle because they don't close down after tax season is over like some others. If you're looking for personal service with a smile, look no further! I will keep using Stone Circle for years to come!

I agree, they did not return my calls. I left voice mail message. Also, did not reply to emails. Please do not dispute this, it is true. Also, it should indicate to other the type of business that you run when you reply to negative post by saying that it was not true instead of acknowledging that you could do better. When I asked to actually speak to the CPA (yes you have to ask for this) I was told he was very busy. When I got a meeting he sat down and said “what do you want?”. Not “hello” or “How can I help you”. We asked questions, he answered them, then told us to only email him in the future. I took my business somewhere else. Consider doing the same.
