First and only visit here. Made my appointment a week before to become a new patient and get my prescriptions refilled, however the day before I sprained my ankle. When I arrived, I told the people at check in why I had made the appointment and that I had also hurt my ankle. When I was taken back to get vitals, I told the man the same thing. After waiting a wonderfully short 25 minutes, I was taken back to a room where I waited another hour and a half. I hobbled out to the hallway where I was told "I think she will be with you next." Confused because the website said the doctor was a man, I hobbled back to the room where I waited a semi-short amount of time. The PA came in and said she was going to have to move me to anther room. Mind you, I am having a difficult time walking, so we go into the hallway where another nurse tells the PA that she should attend to two more people and come back to me. I told them no thank you, I had been there over two hours and I would rather leave. The PA takes me back into the room and asks me questions about my medication and my ankle. I told her I just wanted to get my prescriptions refilled, to which she replied "I am just a PA, so I can't write you a new prescription, you'll have to come back tomorrow and talk to the doctor." I asked why on earth they had scheduled me an appointment when the doctor isn't there. She told me that when she talked to the people up front, they said I never said anything about my medication, only my ankle. After over 3 hours of my day had been wasted, I'm told there is absolutely nothing they can do for me. I debated going back the next day like the PA told me, but when I came out of the bathroom, she was nowhere to be found. I walked up to the desk where no one spoke to me then sat out in the waiting room for a few minutes before a nurse? handed me a piece of paper through the window and told me to have a good day. No one asked me about scheduling another appointment or told me what the heck this paper even was or what I should do with it. I will NEVER go back here. This is the most unorganized doctors office I have ever been to or heard of. I refuse to have my time wasted and be called a liar. I would never recommend this place of business to anyone I know.

They are highly unprofessional and continues to mess up my appointments. I would schedule an appt at 9am and wouldnt be seen until 9:45 because they put their walk ins ahead of me which is inconvenient when I have a job that I need to keep. I call to schedule a Wellness Exam and they keep labeling it as a follow up. This is unacceptable and a complete waste of my time. Why did I set an appointment if they don't abide by their appointment schedule. WALK INS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE SEEN AFTER APPOINTMENTS ARE SATISFIED. THAT IS LIFE.
