I won't rate lower than three because I haven't been to this location. We tried the Owings Mills location (now shuttered) three times and what absolutely killed this restaurant for us was the horrible wine list. We actually liked the food and the atmosphere, the whole concept. But we could not find one wine on the list we deemed good enough for a second glass let alone a whole bottle. It was seriously so unbelievably bad that we stopped going there. If we had even found one red and one white we could drink we'd have come back.

This place was recommended by a co-worker. Their gimmick is the kitchen is in the middle of the bar area, and all the waitstaff are also trained bartenders, thus "kitbar". The food was decent, but the portions were smaller than average at most places, to the point I left still hungry.  I should have gotten an app or side to go with my entree, but then overall price would have been closer to $30 and overall value starts to get out of whack.  Beer selection was decent.

Amazing food!  I've tried many dishes and each one is excellent. Their wings are to die for! The burgers are excellent.  The upside down meatloaf appetizers are wonderful. The service is impeccable.  Good choice of beers and wine.  Reservations recommended.

Very creative dishes and drinks that match the creative bar layout. Servers are attentive and helpful, great place for after work drinks or a nice lunch.

I miss the lobster cones.......

We were hot and tired and a little cranky after a day navigating DC as tourists. This spur of the moment stop put us right back on our game. The food was wonderful, fresh and beautifully presented. We had the shrimp and grits (amazing), the crab mango lettuce wraps and the fish tacos. All of us were very happy. Friendly service, reasonable prices and a nice local beer on tap. We hope to come back at least one more time before our return home.
