The WORST most INCOMPETENT, UNEDUCATED, CONFUSED, business  owner I have EVER dealt with. I mean stupid beyond that of a rotting fence post stupid.

He is the kind of business owner who after YEARS of being paid on time and ME having to ensure HE has been paid, sends a frickin letter of lien BEFORE even making ONE simple phone cal to find out what the problem isl. WHO DOES THAT?

THEN he tries to take the moral high ground after being shown how truly ignorant of NORMAL business practices he is. A seemingly nice guy, just disorganized, forgetful, and ignorant to standard business proceedings, but how NICE someone seems don't mean JACK, when the nice veils a stupidity that will impact your credit.
