Newly remodeled. It was clean and very quiet. Located on El Camino Real in San Mateo walking distance to downtown. The price is very reasonable for the Bay Area

Stayed overnight here to escape a heat wave. Room is uncarpeted. Floor is dirty with sticky spots on the floor. Towel rack in bathroom is broken and mostly on the floor. In the morning they were washing outside the rooms and dirty water seeps I to the room. The AC did work so at least we were cool. NOT BABY FRIENDLY.

My crew is staying at this hotel for the first time. I called the hotel to book the rooms and the manager, Jessie went above and beyond to be of service. Our crew really enjoyed the hotel and made sure to let me know how nice it was..   I had several changes during the week that they stayed and Jessie took care of the changes so all went smoothly.The customer service I received  was extra-ordinary!.  Thank you Jesse and Thank you Stone Villa Inn.

Really nice on the inside -- looks newly renovated or something. Big tv, fancy blinds, nice looking bathroom. Everything is clean.
