We moved our daughter in 3-months ago and the apartment has been great.  They are well kept and she loves having a washer and dryer in her unit.  They even painted 1 wall in the living room with a accent color.

They are still in the building phase so it can be a little loud in the daytime and they don't have all of their landscape in but management has said it will be done before the end of the year.

They built a wonderful home, but they never answer the phone when we wanted to get ahold of them for repairs.  They rarely answered the phone when we were building, either.  Luckily, the home turned out well with only a few of our desires unfollowed.  We only heard from them when they needed money.  Good luck getting anything in the "one year warranty" done.
