I have been to this dentist several times and had work done and still have a ways to go to get it all fixed. Love the experience, Dr. Crow is concerned and cares about what is best for me and my teeth. Everyone there is always very helpful of whatever questions I ask.

Do not use this dentist! Went in for a cleaning about two weeks ago, the cleaning went fine the dental technicians are very nice there and very good at their job the actual dentist however, is very rude and did not introduce herself when she came in the room. At this visit I was told I had a couple cavities and they quoted me a price and we set up an appointment for the following week. At my return visit they didn't have my file correct so we had to do another dental exam to figure out where the cavities were and Half the price to repair them quoted again. After all of that was taken care of, the dentist came in and talk to me and then next thing I know she shoving needles into my mouth without any warning about what she was doing. I spent the next hour sitting in the room by myself waiting for anyone to come take care of my cavities, numb and swollen the whole time. The dentist finally came in and did my work which only took about 10 minutes, after I checked out and got into my car I realized that she had left me with weird blue dye all over my face and teeth. Fast forward a couple days and I am now having tooth pain where there was none before the dental work. I am wary of going back to have them look at it though for fear of them complicating something even more. Very disappointed. Will not be going back.

The staff is wonderful but I can't say the same for the Dentist. I miss Dr. Taylor.

My experience was horrible. Ms. Crow will never go into my mouth again. My first encounter with her, I went in for routine cleaning and was told I had decay and needed fillings, I agreed to have it done that day, it was the worst ever. It hurt so bad she stopped and gave more anesthesia came back and continues and I was still in pain throughout the process. I Was still in excruciating pain 3 weeks later when I returned looking for relief, she immediately started drilling , I stopped her and she said my bite was off I said no it wasn't, she then looked and said I had gum line resuscitation and she filled it . ( the gum line resuscitation was where she left the root exposed) I was still having issues at my 3 month visit and was told I have an infection and was placed on antibiotics and told I needed a root canal after infection was gone,I soon got better. I started hurting again and went today to another dentist to find out she had placed a filling in the nerve and that I had an abscess and my roots are too short and the tooth is not healthy enough for a root canal. I had to have the tooth removed. I am never going back to her again and the rest of my family are also never going to see her. I think she is too arrogant and don't listen to her patients. If you decide to use her ("MAY GOD BE WITH YOU ") When My husband went in (right after my first experience) for routine cleaning he was also told he had decay and needed fillings. He told her he would wait to have treatment. He was very fearful after seeing me go through the excruciating pain I've gone through. The rest of the staff has always been wonderful. I tried to give her chances to fix my pain and redeem herself or at least apologize for her mistake but she failed both times.
