I have been a patient here for over the last year and it has been the best dental office I have ever been to. The dentist, Dr. Charles Town, is an awesome guy! And the dental hygienist Ashley is absolutely wonderful and amiable! She lets you know exactly what is going on with your teeth and is very honest and they answer whatever questions you may have. Stonehaven Dental offers free ortho consultations as well, which is another perk. The front always has a Disney movie playing so if there are children they will be entertained. Thank you so much Stonehaven, y'all are the best!!!

I've only been coming here for a couple of routine appointments (new to Waco) but I've been very happy.  Sorry no major dental procedures to review.  However, my dental hygienist, Rhonda, always seems to be in a great mood and more importantly she is excellent at her job.  She is very thorough and her proficiency is obvious.  I also have enough self awareness to know that I am a detail oriented, critical, and impatient person--that should tell you something.   My dental health is important to me, which is why I will remain a patient here even if I move a little farther away. Thank you

UPDATE: Please do not go here! If i could give it no stars I would! After having 3 different conversations with Jacquie and a hygenist I got a bill for over $10,000! They maxed out my credit card and charged me for work they hadn't even completed yet. I called up there only to be informed she was busy and to bring it in the next day but when I got there, she wasn't there. They proceed to violate HIPPA regulatins by telling me she's at the doctor and what is wrong with her (even though I didn't ask). They finally called her cell phone when i told them I would wait and she arrives about 10 minutes later. We sit down and have a conversation she promises to fix the charges and tells me not to worry so i proceed with the appointment i had scheduled for that day. During that visit i had a few fillings done and as this appointment took longer than i expected, and I needed to get back to work, I asked how many more he had to d., Dr. Town may have misunderstood what i was asking, i'm not sure, but very snappily replied "It will take as long as it takes!". A few days later i decide to call up there to make sure it was taken care of. I call and am informed she is busy but they took my information and said she would call me back that afternoon. I got no call that day or the next day, i finally called back to be told she was busy again and they tried to tell me she would call me back, i put my foot down and refused to get off the phone till i spoke with her, she came to the phone and i was once again informed "well we have a sheet that you signed saying it was fine to charge you." The only paper i signed was my dental plan overview and she told me the only reason i was signing was to say we went over it, there was no writting any where on that paper saying I agreed to pay what was charged. Finally after the 6th conversation they have only charged me for the work they have done so far and that is all the money they will get out of me! DON'T EVER GO HERE! These people seem very nice at first (see my earlier review) but will ruin you trying to get as much money as they can. I was willing to give them a second chance after that bill came in as I am a very forgiving person, but after being snapped at, treated like a child and maxing out my credit card I would rather pull out all my teeth myself than ever go back to these people!

Dr. Town and his team are amazing! I have horrible dental anxiety and he and his staff do their best to make me feel comfortable everytime I go in the office. Jacquie, helped me with the financial side of things and I really felt like she listened to my concerns and we came up with a plan that would work for me. From letting me watch my favorite show during appointments to calling me in the evening, 30 minutes after they are closed, to see how I am doing, it is great service all around! My whole family from 3-42 go to Stonehaven and will continue to do so!

Let's start at the beginning.  For a couple years i had wanted to boost my confidence and professional appearance with a better smile. I had some gaps, small teeth, a brown spot, a big cavity, and lots of past repairs. A year ago i saw a different dentist and asked about veneers. He let me know i am not a pretty, young, or rich person; he  would do the job but clearly didn't think i was worth it.  He didnt talk to me except to do routine x rays, give me an inflated quote, and show me the door. Stonehaven was completely different from beginning to end. State of the art equipment- the best I have ever seen. Thorough evaluation. Kind, thoughtful, welcoming, professional staff who treated me like a valuable person, asked about my goals and expectations, gave me options, and were excited about my new smile. Throughout the process they made sure i was comfortable: cozy blanket, sunglasses, plenty of numbing so i didn't feel pain, and answers to all questions. The temporary crowns were so good, i could work as usual and no one knew i was in the middle of a major procedure. The cost was well within expectations (i did my research) and the new teeth are exceptional.  I LOVE the results and I smile at people much more.  Besides that, I am so greatful for how I was treated, like a person who deserves the investment to look and feel better.  Hands down, I would recommend Stonehaven dental to my best friends.

They do some shady stuff when it comes to billing...better beware!
