Nice people, but did not have a good experience. After doing a new kitchen (quartz) and 3 bathrooms (granite), you would have thought we'd get good treatment. The kitchen went great, but they put the holes for the faucets in a bad place causing significant rework for the plumbers. When brought to their attention they just sloughed it off. A month ago, one of the ceramic sinks they mounted to the granite in the bathroom just cracked near the drain. It cost me $ 500.00 to have my contractor remove and replace the sink. No offer of warranty coverage on the ceramic sink, and to make matters worse, they applied some form of epoxy adhesive which took my contractor FOREVER to get it to separate, and he almost had to replace both sink and granite top as he had to CUT THE SINK OFF the granite. The final point, was when I went to Stone One for the replacement sink (thinking it would be an exact drop-in) and they sold me a different size. And it had large scratches in it. I called to get some minor compensation (the sink was only $80.oo, but the contractor bill was $ 500.00), and they never returned my calls. Will not go there again. Independent Granite in Merrimack NH is much better and less expensive.

Dropped plans off last week, still waiting for estimate. Moving on to other granite companies

Stone One is the best! Silvana is a consummate professional, and she and her staff went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied - and we are! Their prices are extremely competititive. My husband and I recommend them highly!
