I ordered online for pickup.  My order wasn’t quite ready but I didn’t mind because I arrived a few minutes early.  The 2 associates that were working was an absolute delight. They both had very positive attitudes and kept me laughing while I was waiting for my order which is refreshing to see within the younger generation.  I just ordered a personal pizza, wings and the peanut butter cookies.   My good was good as well.

The pizza was fine, but the employees were absolutely terrible. We had ordered 2 pizza and cinnamon sticks. One was pepperoni and the other was a BBQ chicken. We ordered through Stoner's website. It was delivered. They were out of chicken. Instead of calling us and telling us they were out of chicken, they just sent the pepperoni and cinnamon sticks....  No courtesy call. Just wrote " out of chicken" with a heart beside it. We called back with the number they had on file because they still charged is for the Bbq chicken pizza... so Im out like 53.00 for 1 pizza and some cinnamon sticks . They wouldn't answer.  Sat there for 15 minutes.  So I called through my cellphone.  They answered while my husband's phone was still on hold... They claimed they didn't have time to call us because they were busy. I told them my 3 kids had nothing to eat and that I would need another pizza. They kept on saying well, we can refund you or we can make an new pizza we can't do both. I told her I didn't expect her to do both, but how would we get the pizza? Oh well.. you'll have to pick it up. Huh? It was your mistake but I gotta go pick it up? We're already in our pajamas. I then told her that I would like a refund. She put me on hold. The manager then got on the phone and started trying to be very snarky saying  things that the girl had already Said like we can't give a refund AND another pizza. I was like I never said that, the problem is you want me to pick it up when you couldn't be bothered to give us a call back to say you were out of chicken.  I told them it was completely rude not to at least call us. Then the manager said that I was being rude and they were too busy to send a call. Then I shouldn't have been charged for it. I do understand when places are busy. The thing is YOU DON'T SEND JUST 1 PIZZA. It was inconsiderate to do that when it wasn't enough to feed the whole family. Then have the nerve to tell us to come pick it up after it would be late. Offered no sort of compensation for any of this inconvenience.  My refund has yet to go show in my account. Manager told me to call back in 20 minutes or so. Then I called back and the same manager then said it would be 2 business days. They were terrible to deal with. Would not recommend this place ever unless you order while you are there. If you order on line they couldn't find a single care if you get your pizzas or not, AND the best part is they will still charge you for the one you didn't get. 0 out of 10. Just don't do it.

Coming back for another review! I haven't ordered in a minute. And added a star! I had a rough day today and was just hoping this pizza would get here correct. I need to say to the person who made my pizzas. Thank you. Sincerely thank you. 032423 two specialty pizzas delivered order #50. To this person's manager please consider a pay raise of some sort because this quality pizza deserves it! There pics below but it was so good I ate slices before taking a picture. I was not planning on reviewing again but this was so good, had to do it, mainly to give thanks to the person who made them. the images of pepperoni pizza and black olive pinapple pizza are from 3 years ago, the others are of todays pizza

The worst pizza I have ever had. Some sort of steak/garlic pizza which arrived dry as a bone- no sauce, all it tasted like was beef grease. I didn't need a slice of dough with beef grease. Ridiculous. I've never tasted a pizza as bad as this one. WTG. Our dog is loving it! He's 2.5 slices in at this point.

Ordered through doordash no extra cheese even though it was paid for. Since this was a store mistake not doordash I called the store and was told by the lady answering the phone we could either contact doordash or come in for a remake. Since this issue wasn't doordash my husband went to get the remake then was informed we had to bring the other pizza back... now if we were told that we would have. I initially thought this is great they have good customer service and would make right their mistake... I was WRONG. I called back again and was told my Alden their was nothing they could do. The lady admitted to not telling us to bring it in and Alden stated she wasnt told that either. So the time, gas and all that was a waste on our end and my husband left without them simply making it right.

The prices are genuinely fantastic for the value. I ordered a large calzone, thinking that for the price it would actually be relatively small, but it's actually lasted me three days. Not to mention that it's absolutely delicious! It's a very convenient walk-in type of restaurant with very limited seating and no tables outdoors.  Parking: Easy to pull up in front or just off to the side.

Usually not worth it to pen a few lines. But this place has my heart. Great pizza. PHENOMENAL cookies. Relaxed staff. Eat here weekly. Go Stoners.Food: 5/5

Awesome pizza, never really ordered in store before, I usually order & pickup through door dash.  Nothing terrible happened but just kind of sucks when the people working here never say at least “hi/hey” instead just stare at you like they’re mute.  Girl with lashes never said anything when her coworker told her I’m ordering something & came up & both just stared at me like I’m not human lol I was just like ‘oh okay’ awkwardly and ordered a small pizza.  I don’t expect anyone to ever be like OMG HOW ARE YOU?! But damn.. showing emotion/talking can’t be that hard.. I’m a nice person.. just try to be people friendly since you’re working with the public?

Although the cookies looked overcooked, they were actually good. The handtossed pizza on the other hand was extremely greasy, very little sauce like none, and so thin that the grease made it soggy.  Some improvements could be made.

Hi all I don't have a lot of time right now has I'm in gulf at work with a project but I wanted to make sure that I did this pizza place Justice by at least letting you guys know that they are absolutely one of the most well-run most caring establishment I've ever ordered from their food was outstanding and I guarantee you I will write a better review here shortly when I have more time with photos great place highly recommended make sure you guys eat here and if you ever have the pleasure of working with somebody named Simone from there she's top shelf
