My son was born here a month ago and I can't say enough good things about the hospital and Labor and Delivery nurses! It was my first baby and I was so amazed at how great the nurses are. They were very informative and answered all my questions (which I had a million as a first time mom!), very patient, kind and overall awesome! They were so positive during delivery! I would even call after I gave birth and they were so helpful and invited me to meet with the lactation consultant to help me. Only negative I could say is the food was not great. Only thing I can recommend is the pizza for the Celebration meal and french toast. Otherwise, I suggest you go out of your way to pick something up elsewhere!

I want to personally thank Ms. Amy Paratore and Ms.Monica Puckett in the Stone Spring Administration Dept. We had to take our daughter Heidi to the emergency room three separate times last month. All the ER doctors there are first rate and l highly recommend each of the three ER doctors that work on Heidi. However, there was a misunderstanding about the bills. I thought there was going to be a big hassle to correct the last two bills. I contacted these two ladies and they corrected the problem with in a couple of days. Again, I highly recommend this hospital to everyone. Sincerely, the Hansen Family

If there could be a zero star rating, I would select that option. I get so angry when I think about the abysmal care that I received at StoneSprings Hospital on two occasions. My first experience involved the emergency room. I was misdiagnosed with a miscarriage and slapped with a $1700 bill that the hospital refused to discount all the way up to the cfo. It is all about dollars and cents with them and they have absolutely no heart. Then, I delivered my baby there seven months later. We were there for four days after my c-section and then sent home. The doctors and nurses missed that my baby was not gaining weight and keeping up her temperature. The baby ended up being readmitted in another hospital for a full week three days after being discharged from Stone springs. We are so fortunate to have found another hospital that saved her life. Words cannot adequately express my anger towards stone springs. I will never go there again and I urge you not to either. They have shiny new facilities but terrible care and no heart. Please for your sake stay away from stone springs!

started in emergency room fast service extremely professional . impresseive staff. admitted to the hospital in a few hours for a surgery. Hospital is extremely clean & comfortable .Everything is brand new.. staff constantly available ; very informative and friendly..

I will give this Hospital 3 stars ONLY because one of their staff members, Linda Vamosi-Phetxumphou, stayed 3 hours after her shift had ended to make sure I was wasn't alone. My family could not be there with me and she held my hand so I wouldn't be anxious. This angel of a person went above and beyond her duty to give exceptional care. I've never encountered this level of empathy from a complete stranger. She should receive employee of the year for the commitment to her job and this organization. The disappointing aspect of my experience at Stone Springs was no access to an MRI in the evening. They don't offer it because there "isn't enough of a demand". I was referred to the ER by another MRI facility so I could have one right away, so this was very frustrating to learn. They told me that the tech went home so they couldn't assist me but an order was written for me to return the following day to the outpatient office in the hospital. I was told by the ER physician that it would NOT be a duplicate charge because they would have assisted me had the tech still been there. Of course, I received the bill and I have 2 charges even though nothing was provided in the ER but minimal conversation from a nice nurse. VERY disappointed.
