Stop and shop is a great place to shop!! But I must say customers are the problem at times. yes it's great to have wonderful customer service and to be respectful. but it's also important to be respectful to the employees no one wants to help a drama king or queen. and (SELF CHECKOUT )HELLO THE PURPOSE OF THAT LUXURY is just that to check YOURSELF OUT NO NO ONE WILL BAG YOUR THINGS AT SELF CHECKOUT UNLESS YOU'RE OR ELDERLY HANDICAPPED BE GRATEFUL YOU CAN STILL LIFT THINGS !!!! see another silly complaint .... another thing, why do you have to ask a bunch of questions? I find things just fine and if i have any issues locating anything I've gotten help. and i find things because the aisles are LABELED AND TELLS YOU EXACTLY WHAT'S IN THEM AND SERIOUSLY AS MANY TIMES AS YOU VISIT AREN'T YOU FAMILIAR WITH THE ITEMS AND IT'S LOCATIONS ???? the problem is the trouble makers that come to stop and shop with the intentions to be a pest that day. You energy draniers act like you want a crown put on your head at your arrival and have flowers strewn about to walk on and to have your hand held throughout the store lol ...NOT GONNA HAPPEN, SO JUST GO SHOP BE RESPECTFUL BECAUSE I HAVE NOT EVER SEEN ANY EMPLOYEE OF THIS STORE JUST BE ANGRY WITHOUT A GUEST SCREAMING IN FRONT OF THEM. IF YOUR NOT HAPPY FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO SHOP. " I WOULD"  ... NO ONE IN THE WORLD WANTS TO DEAL WITH A BULLY ....

Very friendly and helpful. I needed lots and lots of ice, and they almost immediately refilled the cooler and got me through the register line. Wonderful customer service.

Terrible. It doesn't smell good always and I'm scared to go here sometime. I try avoiding it whenever possible.

Clean and good customer service.  You don't have to search the entire store to look for somebody to help you.

Employees tend to be unprofessional and a bit lazy. I often hear them discussing personal matters and smoking in front customers. Also, employees just stand and watch self service customers scan and bag their own groceries instead of helping.
