Outstanding service by both Judy at the service desk and Juan.  I had lost my wallet and when I called the store Judy checked at the aisle where I paid and found no wallet.  She then enlisted the help of Juan, who left the building and searched the parking lot and deposited carts.  Success.  Juan found the wallet and returned it to Judy who then contacted me with the good news.  Thank you both for all you did to help me resolve my problem.  Susan Niazy

I enjoy shopping at the store. The handheld device makes shopping and packing faster and easy. Self service checkout was also easy and the coupon collection had been improved. The produce and fish are also fresh. I still prefer the bakery at the Bellevue Ave location.

their meat section always has meat that is expired or expiring the next day. I go every Sunday and I've reported it to the meat manager at least 3 times . he looks annoyed and doesn't fix the issue. how the guy works there is beyond me. I seriously had to tell them there were steaks that expired 7 days prior and green on the shelf.....someone needs to fix it. I finally switched and get my meats elsewhere.

It seems express lanes are being phased out...I had 8 items and had to get in line behind someone who had about 80. There were several people behind me who only had a few items and we started talking. None of us wanted to use the Self-Checkout because we want to interact with human brings instead of machines. A store employee who shall remain nameless said the company does it to try to save money.  So the company would rather inconvenience us and waste our time than out the customer first, it seems.  Bad idea.

I always go to stop and shop. I don't dab le in where is cheaper or this deal or that deal and spend my day saving .30 cents. I think u can always find a good week of food supplies to make your dinners with a deal here and there. It's also for the most part clean, and the workers are always there to help you. Just need more baggers!!
