Blake was so helpful. I didn't know how big of a storage space I would need and he took me to each one allowed me to look inside and talked to me about what I would be storing, making suggestions on what size unit, as well as whether I needed a full size roll up door or could do a smaller door on the larger units. The 10X10 units have 2 sizes of roll up doors and I was happy with the smaller door. It's easier to move up and down. All in all he really made one part of this transition in my life less of a challenge and more of a learning experience. And for that I'm grateful.

The owners act nice at first, until you sign the papers. After that all they care about is money. I have had the unit for a year, and have had 2 rate increases. When I was stationed to international waters, I relied on my phones internet to make the payment as I have always done. Just so happens that is when they were experiencing problems with the online payments and people being able to log in and I was one of those people. I figured in three days ill be back to the states and be able to call without major charges and talk to the manager and make a payment since the website was at fault. When I called the manager without asking me goes "okay I processed your payment with the $20 charge"!!!! I told him how are you going to charge me when it was your system which I have always paid by, waS down?  He said well it was already processed so I cant do anything. 
 I say this is bullshit he can credit my account. This is the thanks I get for serving my country how nice.
