Well run facility. We have had 3 units here for 5 years. Rent has gone up on each unit over $60 per month. No break for multiple units or 5 years loyalty. Looking for someplace less expensive.

O have used this place to store things three times, had personal issues paying, they helped... Needed a moving truck they have one. Have yet to have a problem on the slightest..

Sick of late fees because their online system is junk. I've paid 3 $20 late fees because I get an email 7 days after I paid the rent saying I haven't paid. Half the time it rejects my email saying I don't have an account, and if it does let me in to pay it lets me "pay" it and I get an email a week later saying hey you haven't paid us rent. Last month I'll paying this crook company. I'll store my stuff elsewhere.

Scam. Control freaks. They'll keep charging fees upon fees upon fees.

Mice came in from another unit and tore up my stuff.  I had to move out to another place and threw a lot of damaged stuff away.  Then they cut my lock off before I could find my spare key even though I had 3 weeks that I had paid for..... Just because it says they aren't responsible for mice shouldn't mean they shouldn't take care of this issue coming from their units.
