Starting to notice a few inconsistencies with the Henderson, CO location. My storage unit was transferred over to me from a fellow employee whose job I was taking over. When we initially completed the transfer paperwork, it was later found out that they did not switch the method of payment. I am charged for the unit faithfully on the first of every month, yet I never receive a electronic copy of my receipt. When I call to ask them to send an electronic copy of my receipt, they do no answer. This is the third month in a row that I've had to call back to back and ask for a copy of my receipt. The storage unit is fine, but the customer service is what pushes you away.

The managers are nice, but when I noticed there were bugs and mice tirds all over my stuff (never actually saw a mouse until I saw a dead one while removing my stuff from storage), they didn't do anything about it. No mouse traps, strips, nothing. It's across from an empty field and there are NO mouse traps inside. I put mouse traps inside my unit, but I hadn't been there in so long that they had already made the mess they wanted and moved onto another unit, I guess. I had 1000s of mouse tirds!! And I'm not exaggerating!! We had to wear gloves and throw a lot of stuff away:( Paid $140/month for almost 3 years, just to have my stuff ruined. I used mini-u- storage about 7-8 years ago and although the units weren't near as nice and management was difficult, they had mouse traps and bug strips EVERYWHERE!! After 2-3 years, my stuff only had dust and some random spiders. Hopefully I won't ever need to use a storage unit again, but if I do, it won't be this one.

I have used this facility 2x in the last couple of years, the staff are nice, the units are clean and the location is awesome! I recommend using if you need storage.

My Husband opened a unit here for my father-in-law's things. My Husband forgot to make a payment the second month and they called to remind him (super handy), so he paid over the phone. After the payment cleared the bank, my Husband was unable to get into the unit, because the system said he still had not paid. It took him 3 weeks to be able to access the unit again and only then because he called their corporate office. Yikes!

Simple and straightforward storage facility. Clean and neat, polite staff and fair pricing. These guys had a unit for us at the peak of summer and the hours are convenient. Will definitely use this facility in the future when I need storage.
