I have been a customer at Stor-U-Self in Portland for years now and it has been nothing but a pleasant experience. Great low prices, well kept facility and outstanding customer service. Mike Elliot and his staff are always friendly and helpful. I broke my hand one year and was out of work, Mike worked with me without hesitation. Truly nice people and a great place, highly recommended!!

The staff is friendly and helpful. It was easy to rent a truck and cart our items over to our storage unit. The facility is very clean and well-kept. The whole process was easier than anticipated.

I have tried several storage places over the years. I have to say this particular facility is the best! The prices are definitely better than other storage places and I can't say enough good things about the staf. Everyone is very personable along with being helpful. Especially Mike who knows people and how to run a great business! He really listens to you when you talk and goes above and beyond to help with your needs. This is definitely a 5 star business. I will go out of my way and use this facility again next time I need storage!
