From the inception of my arrival to Storage Etc., I was greeted with a smile and a knowledgeable Mr. Valle. He could tell I was anxious and unsettled due to my move and made things as painless as possible. He showed me several units and assisted me in selecting an option appropriate for my move. He was fair, knowledgeable and kind. He listened.  He was clear about pricing and did not waiver from his approachable spirit. Even as I became a member of the Storage Etc. family, he checked to see if the space I rented accommodated my needs and expectations. When I vocalized a small issue with the wiring up top covering the unit, he had his carpentry/maintenance professional immediately attend to my concern. Mr. Valle even had an additional lock placed on the unit at no additional charge. You see, I had been harassed by members of my community and many of my valuables compromised as well as stolen from my home. Hence, my move. Mr. Valle didn't judge me. He treated me like a human being and assisted me to the best of his ability. How many companies even care about customer service anymore unless the workers know there is a survey/report card keeping track of their work record? There was no survey with Storage Etc., but it is imperative the world know how great a worker they have in Mr. Valle. Point blank.

This place is great. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially manager Eric. If I ever have a concern he quickly addresses it. This location is clean and convenient, it's right off the 110. 10/10 would recommend.
