Unbelievable customer service skills! I went by 5/2/2017 to get a 5' × 10' unit and everything was fine until I got home... I found out my stuff takes up a little more space than that so I called to see how difficult it would be to transfer to a bigger one. Quiana, the same lady that did my paperwork before told me it would be no problem and I wouldn't even have to pay a transfer fee, just come back and fill out some paperwork. Also you have 5 days to use the free truck rental so don't stress if someone has it when you get there!

Qiana is the greatest. In a great time of distress, she provided exceptional customer service . She was very detailed and explained every aspect about renting a unit. All I can say is "She is the BOMB"!!!!!

I can't explain the exceptional service that I received here these last two days! The customer service has exceeded my expectations, A-1! Mrs. Qiana Felder  has the spirit of an angel!  She goes above and beyond, she not only did for me but every customer that came in while I was there! They don't make them like her anymore.

My experience at The Stockbridge Storage World, has been nothing short of fantastic, that came because of Qiana's willingness to go beyond, in order to make sure that her customer is 100% satisfied. Her patience, her attention to detail and her willingness explore every avenue to make sure that when her customer leave her office, there is a smile on her customer's face, is to be commended. On my initial visit I got a certain size unit, when I got home and took a second look at the items I had for storage, I realize that the unit would be too small; I called and ask if I could obtain a larger unit, and her answer was, no problem; she redid the paper work and had it waiting for when I brought my first load to be stored. It's been a pleasure dealing with Qiana. She should be complemented for being an exceptional employee. If I had business such as this, she would definitely be someone I would want to be in my employ.
