I see a lot of BS reviews on here.  This place is adequate and the people there are always really nice. I've never had any problems; however, you can expect incremental rate increases on a regular basis.

I leased a storage unit today with StorAmerica and I was completely satisfied and I'm glad I decided to go with them over the others.  Paulina was very helpful and kind. She was very friendly and pleasant and professional. Thank you for your excellent customer service!!!
