We had $20k worth of items stolen from this location.  We constantly had issues with gate being left open by owner, people can follow vehicles in and out without any repercussion, we asked to look at camera video however the video conveniently showed gaps.  We have multiple complaints with the owner, however nothing was ever done to correct or mediate our issues.  Also, if your equipment or items are stolen from this location we found out that the Owner's insurance is not liable for the items that are stolen.

First of all having someone in the office that actually handles customers professionally and properly would be nice. While waiting to check in my reservation multiple phone calls rang in and the guy behind the counter ignored the calls and canceled the voicemail machine before customers could leave a message. Also I had to wait for vehicles to be checked in because nothing was checked in during the prior days business. The guy closed before 6 as their hours showed and when I told him I brought back everything clean and ready for check in he just said put everything away and walked away from me. I was also charged two days use for an extra 3 hours and they charged me multiple fees for gas and cleaning when I documented my return just in case this happened. Would not recommend even to an enemy and will make sure to let everyone I do business with know not to use this place or uhaul establishments anymore. Never had an issue till this location.

My company had the unfortunate pleasure of signing up with StoreSmart to lease a space to park a trailer and equipment. At one point the gate-coded access gate was broken and we reported it multiple times. After a month the access gate was finally fixed, but the following weekend our trailer and equipment was stolen. When the police asked the manager for the video, the manager informed him the video wasn't working. Basically, what I was paying for with regards to security wasn't being provided by StoreSmart.

Since Store Smart took over for the last place North Naples Storage this place has gone to s**t. More than half the time you can't get into the place cause either there is a U haul truck parked in front of the gates or the gates don't work. Not to mention when you get into the establishment you have to navigate through a maze of UHAUL trucks and trailers and random vehicles from businesses working out of their unit's. Pretty much a clusterfuck there.
