I am honestly proud to be a tornado as our football boys were 9-1 this year. I love all of the teachers here except one took my phone away and told me to go to the principals's office to get it back and I did. Then he got mad. I love that my high school is big, but I do not like it that I have to go from room 31 to room 82 in four minutes! I am glad that my school has a foods class. I also like it that us freshman get to serve all four years here with an auditorium!!! I like it that we get to pick what we want for lunch but I hate it that without free and reduced lunches it's $2.45 a lunch!! I also hated it that the school never used to teach us how to tell time and count change back. This is my first year of high school. I have heard some good things and some bad things. But I love my school anyway just a lot of walking!!)

SLHS offers many opportunities in its curriculum as well as extra activities. Great teachers, fabulous music program.
