Loved camping here and will be back! Definitely remember to leave plenty of time to hike in before nightfall! The trail is rigorous!

Amazing cobble and limestone slab beach with multiple tenting platforms just off the beach at the foot of the cliff. No more than one tent per platform (unless they are very small) and bring rope to tie the tent down to the platform as the wind off the lake can be strong. Having a composting toilet nearby was a huge bonus for backcountry camping! Highly recommended.

This is a cool camping location. Fire restrictions makes cooking a little hard but it's a small price to pay for the access to this area.
