Project Redesign has been a happy customer of StorPlace Medical Center for almost 8 years.  We have loved working with Josh and his staff.  The management has worked with us on storage issues whether it be an immediate need for another unit, or shutting one down.  We feel safe and know our non-profit belongings are well taken care of. My experience at StorPlace Medical Center on Charlotte Ave. has been nothing but a pleasure. I'm so pleased being somewhere you are treated with resect and given the highest customer service. I  highly recommend this location to anyone who is in need of a safe, clean and respectable invirorment.

Terrible customer service! I've been a loyal paying customer for over 2.5years. Because of a glitch in their system, I received two late fees. I paid the first one just to get it out of the way, but when I was applied a second one I personally went to the office as opposed to calling to get to the bottom. The manager, Matt, was extremely rude. He interrupted several times, spoke in a demeaning tone, and with glee said no matter what I would have to pay the late fee, even though it was their fault. Storplace does not value their customers at all. There are several other storage unit places in town that are great. I recommend you spend your money there.

Great customer service!  They worked with our non-profit on a rate we could afford in a location that was convenient for our staff. Ed, Josh and the team are wonderful to work with!
