In my life I've used a few different storage facilities, this is by far my favorite. I've never worried about my stuff being stolen. And as a single woman I was never scared stopping by at night, the facility is well lit and clean.

Manager was very helpful.  It was very easy to reserve a unit on-line.  In and out access has also been very easy.  Lots of driving space in which to maneuver.

I chose this storage facility because it was very close to where I live. As soon as I walked in I knew I had chosen the right facility to store my property. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Also, the facility is very well equipped and maintained. I would recommend Stor Quest to anyone who is looking for a good storage facility. God Bless!

Clean storage facility, friendly service.  The only reason I did not give 5 stars is there is no pro-rated charge for leaving early.  I moved out 1 week into my next billing cycle but was required to pay the full months rent.  I did however speak with the manager who did take $25 off which was better than nothing.  If they changed their charges to accommodate for that, they'd definantely get 5 stars.  All in all, I was very happy with the facility.

Amanda and others are always helpful whether you are in town or out of town with any questions.  My family had a situation where we did end up having to auction and of course was not happy about it, but honestly they were very supportive through the whole situation.  They gave us ample time through email and worked with us in helping us solve the problem.  I felt that it was personable service and would definitely use their storage at any time.  I always felt safe about our property and items.  They are all very professional.
