WOW! I have been dealing with Storage Quest for YEARS from out of town. Marshall, who seems to run the place is fabulous, you would think he owned the stuff in storage, he cares that much. Recently, they hired property management company.....I thought that was the end of the personalized care from Marshall. I was wrong. We had a big problem with the unit and my elderly mother paying it on time, by the time, I got to it, it was out of control. I called Property Management and I felt like I was talking to my sister. She not only listened to me but help us greatly. I cannot say enough good things about Storage Quest in Los Banos California. THANK YOU.

Awesome establishment. Staff are super friendly and helpful.  So glad I chose StorQuest,  almost ended up next  door with the rudest  manager I've ever met!!! Definitely  dodged a bullet.  Marshal  helped me,  he is super cool, super friendly, and most importantly super helpful. So glad I chose this facility.

I have used your facility and encouraged many to use your storage facility. I was referred and told to ask for marshal. It was a pleasure to meet him. When ever I go to my unit he makes it a point to say hi. I am retired and disabled veteran. I also had a very successful business  which I later sold to a NFL football player. Marshall is a great manager. He takes his job very seriously . If he was not there I would probably not be there. His helper is also a great guy.

Had the best customer service experience with Marshall and his district manager. There was a computer glitch when I went on line and paid for my unit. Both the district manager and Marshall let me know not to worry they would get it all straightened out which they did they went above and beyond they never lost their patients with me they were always respectful and kind. I would highly recomed StorQuest for all your storage needs
