I can't recommend this place enough. I was in a tough situation that required help from  Veronica and Claudia and they are fantastic. They were able to accommodate my every request and were very kind throughout the entire process. I work in service and I can confidentially say that they are fine examples of customer service done right. Well done ladies and thanks again!

Love this location!!! Easy to get to. Freeways are close by as well.Great customer service. The store manager Veronica and her assistant Claudia are the best. Strongly recommend to any one that need storage. Stop by and they will greet you with a smile.

The staff are very friendly and professional, no complaints there.  Facility wise, I have a few concerns that can easily be addressed.  The floor that my storage unit is located on has very little light - the lights are out in the entire hallway, except right next to my unit.  This is a safety hazard as well as makes it difficult to move things in the dim light.  Also, there are not enough carts, so you have to wait long periods of time for one to become available, and track them down all over the hallways.  Seriously inconvenient.
