My wife and I had an excellent time at the Storybook Inn. Such an exquisite little house. We stayed in the Rachel room, which has an attached sitting room, jacuzzi tub, shower, and access to a Widow's walk. Breakfast was fresh fruit, eggs, and homemade sausage bread. What a great adventure and will definitely be coming back.

We had a great time it was very nice and Cindy was very helpful. the breakfast was really good. coffee was great I almost drank 2 pots.we highly recommend this place if you are in Lufkin for work or play we also really enjoyed the zoo it is almost 100 % in the shade

Best place ever!!!  Friendly service and awesome breakfast.  Beautiful rooms so warm and inviting.  Already planning our next visit.

The house is so lovely. On the back of the house there is a large yard that goes into the woods. At that time was a pond. The breakfast was unbelievable. So delicious! Thank you Cindy and "staff".
