Just attended the loveliest Christmas Event! Great Santa, fun crafts. Planning for next year already.

I had my wedding reception at the Stow House, and while the location is beautiful and a great park to take your family; it is not a good place for a ceremony or wedding reception. The event staff were on many occasions extremely unprofessional. Many times my phone calls and emails were not answered, when I had questions or my caterer had a question. There was an occasion when we had set up a meeting (as required by their contract) so everyone knows what they are doing, and their staff didn't show up! My wedding was 4 months ago, but I haven't recieved my deposit, although I have called and e-mailed many times, even finally talking to their staff being assured the deposit was on its way, but still, I have recieved no deposit. 
I am not the type of person to leave bad reviews, but I do not want any other bride to have this extra stress put on them, and if I could have changed one thing about my wedding, I would not have had it here.
