Straightline RV owner Kyle has done two jobs for me this year, including a nearly $5,000 insurance collision repair and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. He takes great pride in his work and delivers personal service to his customers. His $120 per hour labor rate is very fair compared with service departments at the dealers, where you don't get that kind of personal service. He's been terrific about letting me bounce ideas off of him and then making them happen. One large national RV rental company brings all of its Utah repairs to Straightline, so you know that their work is top notch. Just like a trusted auto mechanic, it's reassuring to know that Straightline is just a phone call away.

I was charged $75 for 2 minutes of their time. The steering went out in my truck while I had pulled into their driveway so I was unable to back up my trailer. The guy unhooked it and turned it around and it took all less then two minutes and he charged me! Do not go here!!! Poor customer service

Kyle (the owner) got me in at the last minute to winterize my RV even though he was booked out for weeks, I was very appreciative, first time I've owned an RV so I didn't know to schedule earlier for this service.  It was a very reasonable price, he was super polite and professional and took the time to show me how to deal with the water system come spring myself.  5 Stars, I will definitely return when I need service again!

Excellent service.  Fair price and work completed on time.  So much better than the last guys I used.  I would strongly recommend this company.

Kyle was awesome to work with and he was able to get my trailer in and repaired in slot less time than anyone else that I called. Most importantly he does great work!!!
