Strait Floors installed beautiful period-appropriate carpet on our main stairway in our 1889 home and did a beautiful job. Everyone was lovely to work with.

I was simply trying to get my rug cleaned at strait floors, a service they advertised being able to do. After 7 months of incredible customer hardship later, I now have my cleaned rug. 

Was it worth it? You be the judge.
