Very professional. They have done two roofs for me and one for my neighbor. Work was done quickly and efficiently. The workers cleaned up after the job was complete. Definitely would recommend Strait Line.

Awful work, unprofessional, work is performed by undocumented immigrants without any supervision. Work was not finished. Very expensive and poor material used. He will charge you more that what it is stated on the contract be careful this guy is a fraudster, plus he wont honor the supposedly 10 years warranty.

Strait Line was efficient and courteous when repairing my roof. They were timely, experienced, and well priced! Definitely would reccommend them to anyone in the area.

Find another contractor. Strait Line Roofing took my parents money and never finished their dining room addition and porch. Strait Line left a wall up to the main house so my parents can't use their new addition; Blair (the owner of Strait Line, I think) said it wasn't in the contract to remove the wall...seriously???? You hire someone to build and addition on a house and you don't remove the wall so they can use the addition? Come on.... The new door going outside wouldn't open and close properly; Blair said it was a cheap door. I helped my 67 year old father rehang the door, it took us about an hour and we had most of it fixed (they didn't install the door frame properly). It works much better now and I've never hung a door in my life before this. The roof they put on the addition looks like crap, the flashing isn't finished. I can still see exposed wood. This project started back in January and it is now May 2015. It should have been a 2-3 week project. There are too many other things that they didn't finish on this project to list in this review. Strait Line is the typical Sullivan County Contractor that everyone complains about. I've been telling people around the Bethel Area about this experience and they said that it's not the first horrible story they've heard about Straight Line Roofing. Do yourself a favor and find another contractor.
