Strange Brew is a pretty cool little bar with a good atmosphere and from the looks of it is always packed. There's a massive selection of beverages here but there's so food so bring your own or eat beforehand if you're staying for a long show. This bar also supports the local community by allowing local artists to display their art and sell it, which I appreciate as an artist.

Always have a great time at the Strange Brew, I’ve been a patron of the bar, I’ve been a band playing, and I’ve been a promoter that has put on events there. The staff is always great from the bartenders, bouncer, sound and lights to even the owner themselves. They work hard to mitigate any problems one might have and strive to make the venue a safe and nice place to be for live entertainment.

I've seen a lot of live music here though they have DJ and trivia nights as well, and am never disappointed. It's a smaller venue for live music, but stil has plenty of room to be up near the stage, or in the back on a couple couches or seated at various tables. The bar area is spacious enough, and they have a pool/dart room in the back. Drink prices are reasonable and lot of nights there are themed drinks to fo with the occasion. It's worth stopping in for an event, or just a simple drink during your work week.

A rustic, early American pub with exciting and exuberant staff and guests. A traditional pub. No food but great drinks.

This is my favorite local bar. From edm themed nights to the emo nights that sell out and tribute nights, this place has a fun atmosphere with great music all around. Love playing pool or foosball with friends and sharing drinks. Would recommend!

Amazing venue! I had such a good time seeing the Alice In Chains cover band and I will be back. I got to play pool and darts before my exprerince. The drinks were strong and it made me want to join a band myself lol! Thanks for the fabulous experience$

Amazing. Most definitely my go to bar in the Norwich area. Stop by grab a drink with friends and locals, listen to live music, mingle, or just check out the artwork surround the walls. Best part, you can purchase the artwork.
