The rooms where clean and the beds were very comfortable.. Online the swimming pool looks huge.. Its not. The jacuzzi was broken.. There are no elevators in this hotel.. The breakfast is pretty good. The staff are extremely accommodating. And really nice!

So many memories of this wonderful hotel. Service is always great and it's a great location. Takes 5 minutes to walk to the Shakespeare Festival.

This is an older hotel, but it was all that was available.  Supposedly it has a hot breakfast, but that only consists of the waffles you make yourself.  Everything else is cold, except the coffee.  Room was adequate, staff was very nice.
There was a problem getting our bags up and down the stairs from the bottom floor to the ground floor, since there is no elevator.  They do have a coffee pot in the room, which was nice.

This hotel was inexpensive and the beds were acceptable. We paid $80 for a night. We couldn't get the TV to work. There was mold on the ceiling above the shower but it was inexpensive.
