Timely.  
Attentive. 
As a 'shopper' I was rewarded by reduced premiums for equivalent coverage. 
As time passes I will return to examine further adjustments.

In our opinion Mr. Street doesn't work for you or me when it comes to insurance he works for the insurance companies he represents and has no intentions on going an extra inch for his customers. It would seem he has no abilities to read and understand what he is selling you so you can buy your insurance as an informed customers. He can't and almost refuses to awnser simple questions and is unwilling to get the awnser if he doesn't know. He just puts it back on the insurance companies he represents or the industry. He is selling you not what you asked for or want but what he feels he can make the most off of in our experience. We purchased an auto policy from him and told him we wanted towing on all our vehicles what we got was reimbursement services which is not towing coverage. His awnser was to try and sell us a road servicre plan like AAA so he could make more from us. In my opinion doing business with Mike Street is more frustrating then just dealing with things ourselves and a big wast if money.
