I would give zero Stars if that was possible. Went to a friend of mine child's birthday today and experienced the worst service I've ever had at any establishment.
The unimaginable was at the end of the party in the birthday cake area. We were rushed out due to going over our time by an extremely hostile unhappy person. Then on our way out heard the same person making negative comments to the next party in line. Now I know making minimum wage must be very disappointing but if you don't like your job you should give it up to a high-school kid. A high school child would have had more respect then this woman.
Do not go to this establishment or use it in any way that requires any type of customer service. The arcade room is okay but half the machines are out of order ,the food is horrible, the best part of the whole place and the only good service that I noticed was in the bar area which is 21 and Over.

This bowling alley now requires they search your bags and metal detector men only for some reason. Security guard told me " your good" but still required to wand my husband. Very rude and humiliating security guards at the front door.

This use to be the best bowling center in the san joaquin valley in my eyes. Dont get me wrong, everything is still clean, and my family still has a great time but the service has become very mediocre. We were almost kicked out for some small cupcakes for my sons bday, the food was horrible literally everyone who ate there was sick the next morning, arcade games kept taking our money and they're way over priced! Another thing, im all about having rules, but after a $180 liqour and food tab and $100 in bowling (not including what the others that came spent) some cupcakes seemed reasonable to be allowed. Even after pleading my case to management, we were told if the cupcakes and a bag of chips we brought didnt go to the car we would have to leave.. really?

If it's full you have to wait until someone one is done playing and then you take their alley.If YOU have to wait I suggest not going to the arcade or putting a timer on your phone because what happened to us is that we didn't hear them call our name so they gave someone else our spot. When we went to see if it was time for us to "play",they said they gave our "alley" to someone else and we had to wait a extra 15 minutes. But afterwards they gave us the shoes for free because of the inconvenience
