I love this place so much! Strips is my favorite place in the world for gluten free fast food. You can 100% tell the owner cares about both his employees and his customers. Strips is a KC hidden gem.

Clean with a very cool staff. Great pepper jack cheese sticks. Pork tenderloin is big enough to feed my husband twice. Chicken strips are good and love the array of different sauces. Also, nice size menu. Our new fast food spot.

We’ve been going to Strips very regularly since they opened in Waldo. It’s generally very good. I just wish it were a bit more consistent. Some days it is amazing! Some days, average to bad. Overall good food.

Homemade pork skins and pork burgers! Their chicken is awesome too but now that I've tried those pork burgers I don't think I'll ever get anything else. Awesome place that gives you way too much food but you won't be complaining.
