This review is for Stripes 2265 located at corner of Stewart Rd & 495 in Mission, TX. There was one lovely lady making tortillas all by herself. There were about 5-6 customers in line with the first one ordering about 15 tacos. A female employee chit-chatting with the cashier could have easily grabbed a spatula and helped out with cooking the tortillas! I made eye contact with her and made a "what the heck?" motion. Of course I was ignored, and she quickly made her way into the storage room. GGEESSSHHHH that is service at this Stripes (uugghh).

Horrible slow service. 1 couple in front of us they took about 20min for 2 tacos and 1 cup, by the time they made our plates another 10min the couple was still trying to pay amd there where 5 people behind them. 5 min later they are still trying to pay we left.. slow slow slow

HORRIBLE...I Usually Get The 64oz Soda And Keep The Cup Since Refills Are Cheaper...I Walked In And There Was This Huge Line...I Usually Walk Up To The Workers To Tell Them Its A Refill But Since Theres A Huge Line I Didnt...When It Was My Turn To Pay, I Told The Older Lady It Was A Refill...She Argued That Who Did I Let Know...I Told Her To Check The Cameras And They Will Show Me Trying 2 Get Someones Attention...I Paid Full Price...That Lady Has Worked There A Long Time...Expect Better Custmer Service...I Would Never Hire Her To Work With My Customers
