Seems like it's located in a part of a shady neighborhood with its large park with a small playground.  The park usually has suspicious people seating on the bench that seem homeless, druggies, or up to no good. However, i have had no issues as they stay far away from the playground. Currently, it's in process or the works for renovations for a new playground as of Nov. 8th 2017

Pretty decent. Not too crowded. And very shaded with an abundance of seating..

It's a great big park with a big Field in a nice size playground and picnic tables and a track to walk
