New owner of a condo here in South Padre. When turning on the heat this February, the circuit breaker would blow. Called Strong and within 30 minutes they were here, found the issue and fixed it. The owner was polite and proactive on the phone and the employee was professional and highly capable. The cost was very reasonable, especially compared to my home city. I recommend Strong AC, don't understand some of the previous comments, I certainly had no issue with the company.

To give further details on the review I did two weeks ago. I was being nice by not including the details of the situation but since the owner of the company responded with lies, here is the rest of the interaction details. This business owner told me to “go back to the projects” because I was being “difficult” in his opinion. A police report has been made due to this continuing behavior

I can’t say enough about the total unprofessional and unethical behavior I am having to endure currently with this company. The owner just tried to blow me off and called me “just a renter” as he tried to talk down to me. I wouldn’t call on this company if they were the last ac company on the island.

Strong AC has done both our residential and commercial properties they do exceptional work at a fair price. We highly recommend them very honest company!

Any positive reviews about this company are totally fake. This guy is a complete jerk. Terrible customer service. SO RUDE!!! If you're thinking about hiring these people-DON'T!!!
