Strong Results is the best gym/health center for women around. The classes are fun, music is great and the people are really supportive. I joined to lose weight and tone up and did both only weeks after I became a member. Kevin and his team are really helpful and encouraging. I love the weights, but I also love the Thursday night party!

I love SR and the trainers are so willing to assist you with reaching your goals.  My energy levels and attitude towards me maintaining a better and healthier lifestyle as changed tremendously. The encouragement amongst the other members is incredible.  I highly recommend Strong Results for Woman to anyone looking for a "NO NEGATIVE ZONE ATMOSPHERE" to assist with changing their lives to a healthier way of living!!!
