Ordered my spa thru mattress from, was told 4 Mabey up to 6 weeks, took 7 1/2 weeks. Set up spa and filled it up, plugged it in and nothing, no pump, no lights just went into a HH mode which is overheat. Called tech help and was told a flow problem, duh, no pump. Said they would have to get a local tech out there and they would have them call me in 4 to 5 days. That this is an unusual problem. So I am now 8 to 9 weeks out and if it needs a part who knows how long that will take and then to get it installed will be another wait. Totaly not a happy customer. I've  had hot tubs for over 20 years and wishing I had just stayed local. Will update when I get to actually to use this tub.
