NV homes directed me to Strow once I noticed my water heater was improperly installed and created a leak which then lead to corrosion on a down pipe. They only care if it is under warranty and do not care about their craftsmanship. Neither NV or Strow is taking responsibility for improper installation. They are now making Bradford White look bad having their waters last for 3 years instead of 10. Thank you for your help Strow!
