If I could give ZERO stars I would.  DO NOT BRING KIDS, BABIES OR TODDLERS HERE.  Went in and there was nobody there.  When we were seen they were not kid friendly.  Did not know how to talk to kids or help them feel comfortable.  They didn’t even look in one of my kids ears and said that if one was sick so was the other and prescribed antibiotics and sent us a bill.  It was such a traumatic experience for all we quickly left.  My ped advised to not be antibiotic happy at the sign of a cold and this was not ethical practice.  When I received a bill I called several times discussing that I had a terrible experience and I felt it was fair to settle the bill for the one child the doctor had attempted to look at but NOT for both!  Several calls later they did not work with me, I never spoke with a manager and they were not reasonable about being fair.  My insurance company paid the bulk of this but I do not feel this was honest or decent practice.  PLEASE...DO NOT GO HERE!

WORST EVER!!! Had to start my job a week late!!
My company said this place would be able to do all my test. 
FIRST TRIP;
the people didn't know what forms to use on my test.
2: I could not do all my test in one day cause the doctor only does it on Wednesday. 
3: I was told to come back cause it was a 2 and half hour wait. 
SECOND TRIP; 
I went back 3 hours later to do 1of3 test and they still didn't know what forms to use AND they lost my paper work (probably lost the boxes or mounds of paper they have ALL OVER THE PLACE)
THIRD TRIP and could not get any test done because they were unsure what papers to use. 
3rd trip 
I went back after I made a appointment  and they changed it to a earlier time. I was told they figured out the paper work.
I get there and they LOST my paper work AGAIN!! 
2; I had to wait another hour before being seen.
3; they had copies of everything and none of the original paper work. 
4; I finally did my test and I'm moving for a job.  I get a call that they messed up the paper work and had to stop in Charleston sc to get it correct.  Had to start my job A WEEK LATER DUE TO THERE MISHANDLING!

I came here on the 3rd because of an URI and fever.  The PA stood there and told me it was just the common cold and that I needed to let it runs course and didn't want to prescribe anything because it was viral. 10 days later I am coughing up over 1/4 of a cup of green phlegm and mucous daily and have an uncontrolled cough that prevents me from sleeping at night. I went back today to get treated as it clearly isn't a cold as originally misdiagnosed. They wanted to charge me again another $75 when they didn't treat my underlying condition the first time around. When I asked to speak to an office manager I was told she wasn't in, refused a phone# to call and just told to call Monday.  I DON'T RECCOMMEND this place.

Went in on Saturday for a UTI. By Wedneday they still didn't have my lab results. Monday they told me they weren't back. Called twice Tuesday, left messages. No one called me back. Finally on Wednesday got someone who told me no results back and after more checking couldn't even guarantee that the specimen ever even went out to the lab.  Wasted several days on 2 different antibiotics , still have symtoms and no test results because they can't find them. Won't be back here!

Yesterday the bright front desk girl took half an hour to tell me my son's Medicaid was not active.Well today I sent an email proving it's been open since July. you tell me if they van it enter data correctly ..why are they there the. UPSETTING EMBARRASSING. Will never be by there again yet quick to day visit was 125$
I almost dished it out also.glad I did not.
