This was the coolest gas station I have ever been too. Cleanest bathroom I've ever seen. Cool antique metal signs, 4 foot long gummy snakes, dream catchers. Cool atmosphere!

Nice staff, good prices. My only complaint was the breakfast biscuit.  It must have been in the warmer to long.

You need to stop here when traveling. You just gotta have an old fashioned pecan log roll! They're famous for them.

The cashier ignored me and the drinks & snack were over priced. Did not feel welcome..
I rarely give out so low record unless there is truly an unacceptable experience. 

As a customer service rep that person is the most important person in the company, they can make or break a companies success through their actions.

That being said sure there are days customers just don't appreciate the hard work and dedication, but the representative can impact that customers day in a positive or negative way by just that single few moments they interact with the customer. This is more powerful than any advertisement or promotion the company could use to draw business.

Sorry this customer just wasn't sold on the business.
