My stay was for 2 free night that I won from another HP property located in Birmingham, I only stayed the one night. The room was clean and really nice set up. My only complaint was it was very noisy and the outside light shined in the room not much sleep because I can’t sleep with any lights. Although I agreed to the first floor normally I never stay on the first floor. I arrived earlier than the original time for check in so this room was available. I strongly suggest black out curtains for the rooms. My reason for not giving all 10 is simple because the next morning getting ready to shower , the shower wasn’t working, a young man came over to look at it and he could not get the water to come from the shower it just trickled slow out of the faucet. He came and gave us a key for the room next door which was nice, but to move my things just to get a shower was a little much. So we left and went to another hotel for the remainder of our visit in Atlanta. The staff was awesome.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. There were two guys in the room next to us smoking weed and we encountered them a couple times during the process of getting the heck out of there. It was a downright scary experience. The room was filthy with construction dust and smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke even though it was supposed to be a nonsmoking room. Paper thin walls and nothing of any quality anywhere in sight. We went downstairs to let them know we wouldn’t be staying there for the night and while waiting for the security person to come out one of the men smoking weed walked over to the sidewalk in eyesight of where I was, dropped his pants, and started peeing in the grass. Apparently they came downstairs cause they had the munchies and got themselves some snacks and he decided he really needed to urinate so when you gotta go.. apparently you whip it out in front of a man and two girls. My entire experience was horrifying. Now I’ve read on other reviews they never got their money back and I suspect that’s what’s going to happpen to me too. Don’t stay there. (Edit) I did get my money back so that’s good. Still. Never stay there

The WORST place to rent!! First of all, the rooms may look clean, but there’s DUST everywhere. When we walked in, we knew that the floors were never sweated and mopped. The bathroom towels looked like they’ve never been washed or cleaned at all. The doors doesn’t even work. We had to wait 30 minutes in order to have someone come and open our room door for us. Never again would I come here or RECOMMEND this place to anyone.

Rooms aren't too bad. Need better beds and pillows. Hardly any hot water in shower. No bathtub...shower only. Very shady parking lot

Definitely an update from your typical motel 6. Rooms look better on the inside than it does outside. And even tho the rooms arent large, they are colorful and modern. Theres always a security guard at night and the location is convenient.
