Natalie the owner is an amazing stylist. She has the rare ability to give you the look you want, without a lot of explanation. She is truly talented, with an uncanny ability to know what will look good on a given individual. Love her sister Nancy for all my waxing needs as well. No one does eyebrows like her! I couldn't live without studio at 13!!

Owned by two sisters who are wonderful. All the hair stylists and staff are all very friendly. Loved my hair!! My new hair salon...Yea 😀

I loved the service the owner and her sister has done for my mother so when I decided to get my own glamorous feeling of full beautiful hair without chemicals I went to this place they sent me to a girl named Heather L. She assured me I will have gorgeous full hair practically maintenance free for over six month's. I agreed and she charged me 300$ for just the hair and 200$ to put them in and style which took her less than 30min. Two days went by and I followed all her direction, even used the product she told me to even when her boss told her not to sell it and a couple slid out and a few fell right out of my head. Red flags went up so I asked for help. Heather told Me a bunch of excuses and put the one she found back in my head. I then did my best eth following week a few more fell out and are sticking out she help me and I tipped her good but when I asked her what's happening she told me none of her other clients have had this happen and made me feel terrible. She said my hhair is nice and might be to smooth so she should have told me that on consult day but did not. I've asked this third week if she could just take them out but she wants me to nmake d appointment and charge me more aftmaae540$ I put in tips in all. There's more to explain but NY phone won't type right sorry. I hold no one else gets tdooped like I feel :(
