The manager or who is she is totally stupid lady. I won’t take the service there no more, it’s Milford location. She was yelling at me for my question about the birthday free service, telling that she’s a manage and know all better...so the rate of this studio it’s even better than it’s suppose to be. Unfortunately she doesn’t know how to provide good customer help and definitely need some relaxing peels.

I've been a loyal customer, along with my teenage daughters, since the salon opened. One girl is extremely rude with major attitude. Greeting your customers politely is retail 101. Learn manners if you want to work with the public. It's a shame, but I'll never go back as a result.

Was waiting to getting my eyebrows, no one greeted me and when they did one of the ladies was rude. I asked if I had to complete the whole waiver after waiting 10mins and her reply was "Well we are about to close (820pm doesnt close until 9pm) are you going to get them done or not". I will never visit this location again

My experience at studio brow was just like the first reviewer...horrible.  These girls have the biggest attitude ever, especially Cidalia or whatever her name is.  She is rude and her skills are not all that.  I have had waxing and threading.  Both services were mediocre at best.  Just like the first reviewer they cause more pain then necessary  and brush your eye brows way too rough.  I also had cuts on my eye lids.  I would never recommend this place to anyone.  Vote with your money and go to a place that appreciates their customers. 

P.S. and the people that drive a half hour to this place are crazy!
